Progress Update 9/19/2021
This past week we have continued our ceaseless efforts to hunt down every living bug hiding in Thrive, as well as contemplating methods for improving the present gameplay experience. Many of our developers are currently tied up in school and such however, so progress is still noticeably slower.

Progress Update 9/11/2021
With school starting this month, development of Thrive has seen a bit of slow down this week as many of our developers now find themselves busy with the resulting schoolwork. Rest assured, development shall continue as always.

This week we have been busy viciously hunting down any bug we find in our continuous efforts in keeping Thrive clean and healthy. But that's not all we have been up to; We have recently been playing around with turning physics in hopes of providing more engaging gameplay overall.

The new ice particle model is almost done, there's also a new devbuild for our patrons, its main feature being a new option that allows users to select the audio output device. And we have a new Solar system generator prototype.

Progress Update 7/31/2021
As usual there's a new devbuild this week fixing some issues with the help menu and the UI, introducing new light values for biomes and fixing some crashes among other things. This week we also discussed about improving the evolution system and how oxygen would affect cells.

Progress Update 7/24/2021
Another devbuild for our patrons was released this week. In it there are fixes for some crashes, improvements like making npc cells move right after spawning and making the ambience tracks replay instead of only alternating between them. The new radiation sound effect is being worked on, it will increase intensity and change as the player gets near radioactive objects.

Progress Update 7/17/2021
We are now accepting donations! If you want to contribute to Thrive now there's a new option besides Patreon. We are also adding a new Contributor License Agreement, which will be necessary to publish Thrive on Steam. Now the game will continue to be free and open source but these are new options for those who want to give us monetary support.
